I feel that the wait was too long. Also the prices are expensive for the charms. However the sales person was really good with helping me to find the chimes I was looking for and suggest others.

I believe that the mood I was in was the type of mood where I just wanted the associate to pull out the trays and show me what was available for me to choose from. I did not want to be asked a million questions nor be given un-wanted opinions from the sales associate. Sometimes less is more and being able to read your audience is an important trait for sales.

I was completely satisfied with the store and staff but very unsatisfied with the return policy. . I could not get credit on my credit card or even cash back after I returned two items that I purchased online and then bought something else at the store. Don't understand why I could not get a credit on my account or even cash back.. was a $2 difference and could not get cash back and received a store credit. Was told that if I purchased at store level could get a credit or cash back but not when purchased online, think that is a ridiculous policy.

Had to wait quite a while to be helped. Then the item I came to the store to purchase was already out of stock. It was an item I initially ordered online, only to get an email 3 days later telling me pandora online was unable to fulfill my request and cancelled my order. In general Pandora makes it difficult for shoppers who do not need to browse to quickly purchase items.

I waited nearly two hours to be waited on. I realize that there was a sale and this caused the delay but there has to be a better way of addressing the wait. Pagers or text message so I could have done other errands and returned when it was my turn. There were also two groups of customers, those who knew exactly what they wanted and those who needed ideas and assistance. Would have been better to divide the groups. I waited two hours and it took me fifteen minutes to select my items. Just some suggestions. I have to say, customers were very well behaved and staff were very kind and friendly.

The time it took to complete my selections was longer because the salesperson started helping a second customer at the same time, I finally asked if someone else becomes available could they help me (all the other customers who came in after me were getting their own salesperson). The salesperson indicated on this transaction helped me pick out some items before, she didn’t work with me for this sale as she had left for the day. The staff gave her the sale. Everyone was pleasant, it just wasn’t superior service.

I was satisfied but had to wait for assistance. One employee went home while we were waiting to be helped. The ring sizes seemed unorganized and hard to find.
