Sales Associate didn’t really know what to show me when I told her what I was looking for. She showed me 3 things and didn’t offer to let me see any catalog or anything more. I wanted to buy more but she was very unhelpful, so I left with just the one charm that cost $86 with taxes. All of the associates were talking together and didn’t seem to want to help anyone or make sales.

I bought a gift because it was requested, i feel the Pandora jewelry is overpriced for what you get. If my daughter had not requested a Pandora ring i would have shopped at a different jeweler.

The 25% was highly advertised but well UNDER STAFFED. I called ahead to put my items on hold but had to "wait my turn" to actually pay for the items. This took almost an hour and I only bought the items that I had on hold.
