I am a male so I took my girlfriend to pick something out. I just get annoyed when they pretend to be so nice about everything she says and it takes forever to get out of the store. My girlfriend and the workers just spend more time talking about random things instead of trying to figure out what she wants. I just wish I could get out faster but I'm not really the one shopping for anything so I'm just indifferent when I go there.

The sales associate did not have a kind personality. I was shocked by her tone of voice when helping me. It made the experience one that I wanted to get out of the store immediately. I felt rushed and also felt like she didn’t care about the sale nor wanted to actually assist me.

Everything was great except that when I gave my bracelets to the sales associated for cleaning, one of them appeared to be stripped of its color. The bracelet was a discontinued "gunmetal" color rather than the bright shiny silver. I don't think the associate was familiar with it since it was discontinued, but I was a little sad to see it stripped of its color.

The rings that I have from there are very good quality. I think that the lady was very friendly. She helped me and my sisters find the perfect rings.

Not enough associates working. Waited too long to be waited on

I was disappointed because the store did not have the shimmering zigzag ring in the size I wanted and I had to go to another store to exchange it. Also the selection was very limited for grandmother and granddaughter charms. Pandora only had one charm of each which was very surprising.

I am VERY disappointed with the eco friendly packaging now. I spent over 100 dollars on a ring as a gift as was given a cheap mini box with the ring wrapped in tissue and no bag. When the gift was opened the ring fell out of the ugly little triangular box with the black tissue paper. I just shopped at Kendra Scott and spent less for a necklace and got a gift box, within a fabric bag and in a bag to bring home. I will no longer spend a great deal of money for the poor packaging of your product. Most purchases from Pandora are gifts, and this is embarrassing to give as a gift.

I was Highly Satisfied with my visit. I found everything I was looking and the purchase went smoothly.
