I was dissatisfied with the wait ro speak to the sales person..I feel you need more people working the counter.

It was the last day of the 30% off sale so I expected a line however, with only 2 associates working the wait time was very long. The two associates were working very hard but unfortunately one of them was dealing with a customer who had no respect for the situation and monopolized her time (over an hour was spent with her). It might be a good idea to allow your associates to ask a customer who is being very undecisive at a time when there are over 10 people in line and the store already closed, to maybe step aside while they make a decision and let them take care of the next person. I felt sorry for the associate as her UPT was affected by this rude customer. All others in line were extremely upset with this woman as well. Just a thought

Our primary language is Spanish, nobody at the store speak Spanish that makes it hard to understand or ask questions.

I came in to look for a specific item. I wanted to use my $10 off birthday coupon. I was told it was on-line only. This is the second time I got a coupon that was on-line only. I prefer to shop IN STORE to support my local stores. This was a total inconvenience to me. I lost approximately $35 because I could not use my coupons. You need to fix this. I still purchased items in store because I did not want the sales associate to lose credit for the sale (or waste the time she spent with me). NOT HAPPY!!!

The associate who helped me was great but she had asked her manager/supervisor if I could use a 20% coupon or the website cheaper price at Jared and the manager/supervisor said no didn’t even look around to me as a customer nor to the associate helping me I think that was very poor customer service and very rude. I asked the associate the question so she went to turn to her supervisor/manager I felt that they should’ve at least come to me and explain why it was the same exact rain but just found it cheaper on Jared’s website and they were having a 20% coupon for the month of February she would not hinir anything and was very rude about!

After waiting to be let in to the shopping area for 20 minutes, the sales clerk let me in and then proceeded to help the person after me. The manager was excellent; the sales clerk was not.

I am big believer in first impressions and when I first arrived at the store I didn’t get that welcome greeting or feeling But then as I headed out I was told about the Friday discounts so was happy about that
