The store was new and my sales associate was the best. Very helpful and overall great customer service.

There was only. one associate working in the store so we had ro wait for service. Otherwise, the associate was friendly and helpful.

I have often bought presents from Pandora and enjoy the fact that they come so nicely packaged as a gift. It was disappointing when the sales person said the store no longer wraps things as nicely. There was no pink ribbon and no nice tissue paper inside the bag.

One of the items I had purchase for in store pick up became suddenly unavailable so I wasn’t able to get what I initially wanted.. so maybe hold online orders for customers who have paid already instead of selling that item to in store customers….

Long wait times outside of the store as well as once inside the store. Store did not have the item I was interested in.
