Went to store to have my bracelet cleaned. Came back in 20 minutes and it was done and in a soft storage bag. Everything looked great! Julie my salesperson showed me some new charms and then told me about the special going on. I saw so many charms I liked that I decided to go home and decide what I really wanted. Going back today!

It was a lovely store and the sales representative was very familiar with the line of jewelry. She was helpful for both myself and my daughter. It was a very nice experience.

I was highly satisfied with exchanging a ring for a different size for my daughter. I had bought a Pandora ring from Jared, before a Pandora store was close to my home. The ring was too small. With my receipt, the sales associate easily exchanged her ring for one that fit. It was quick and easy.

I have shopped at several different Pandora stores and have always received excellent service. I recently shopped at the Geneva Commons store and once again was not disappointed. The associates were friendly, very knowledgeable and courteous. It made the entire shopping experience a fun one.

I had 3 associates helping me out. They were all super friendly. Manager Noemi was helpful, patient and kind. Been to other Pandora location and this store is the best for me.
