Loved my new bracelet that my husband bought for me here.

Although it was extremely crowded with holiday shoppers (there was a wait to see a sales associate), the associates were upbeat, personable, and helpful. There were a couple charms we were hoping for that were not in stock, but the associate working with us helped us find similar charms as replacements.

Our sales associate is very knowledgeable. The store is very clean. We were helped fast in the holiday season.

Staff was very friendly. The wait was breif.

The customer service was great. The location was great. I found the items I was looking. And will return.
