I was purchasing a gift and have very limited knowledge of the Pandora collection. I was looking for a charm for my daughter-in-law for a specific event. When I told the salespeople my goal, they all immediately came up with several options for me. They went above and beyond!

I went to the store with my very old Pandora bracelet that I had never worn (it was a gift 20+ years ago). Heather was great; she cleaned the bracelet the best she could. When she noticed that the clasp was defective, she replaced the bracelet for me. I was so impressed with Heather's knowledge of Pandora and also how Pandora stands behind their product.

The sales associates were very friendly. I was in line for 20 minutes waiting for my turn to be helped. The girl who was taking names at the door was so friendly and continued to talk to me while I was waiting. She even called me by name as I was leaving and thanked me for coming in.
