I came in the store with a bracelet that I received as a gift a few years ago and it started turning colors. Heather the sales associate said no problem I can put it in the tumbler and shine it up for you. Heather was amazing and I will definitely be a loyal customer.

While I love the Pandora merchandise, it is the staff that makes the experience so positive. If there is a wait, the staff lets you know and they stay in touch with you. The sales associate, Naomi is fabulous, knowledgeable and very patient. I just love her.
