Pandora had a terrific Mother's Day sale. I was able to purchase three gifts and received three jewelry boxes to present the jewery. Everything was gift wraped.

Lily my sales associate was very friendly and helpful. She did not rush me. She was not pushy. She asked clarifying questions and showed me pieces that helped decide on my final selection. She encouraged me to try on pieces. She gave me her full attention.

I went in to purchase a gift for our Team swim coach. I worked with Lilly in the Geneva store and she was so helpful with pulling different items and then showing me how it would look on the leather ropes. I never have purchased earrings and she then told me to facetime my daughter to see which ones she wanted to buy. Truly, enjoyed working with her and her help. I also had her put 2 more items on hold to come back the next day after seeing with one my niece wanted for her birthday. I returned the following day and she was there remembered me and went and got the items. I purchased a lovely ring and she also wrapped it and put the GC in the bag for me. I also picked out a few things for Mother's Day if my kids ask me what I would like. I will return for future purchases and look forward to getting more Pandora!

The associate, Marilyn P, who assisted me was great. She was very knowledgeable about the charms I was looking for, and knew exactly where each one was. I had a certain charm in mind, but I ended up leaving with two charms, neither being the one I thought I’d buy, because she had so many great ideas and advice as to how they’d fit my bracelet.
