Very helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions. Helped out with selections, that I asked for. 3 sales people helped and talked with me. Will definitely recommend this store to everyone I know. I'm sure they will ask about the 2 bracelets I bought. Very wonderful.

Julia was an excellent salesperson! She was very friendly and welcoming from the second I walked into the store, and she went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Not only was she very knowledgeable, but she was extremely personable and just overall excellent! I didn’t feel like I was just another customer to her. She is doing a fantastic job, and I hope she’s working the next time I come in!

The customer service is EXCELLENT. Ps...I wish you had a charm in the form of a kidney. My friend gave me her kidney 2yrs ago when I needed a kidney transplant and I would love to have a kidney charm on her bracelet and one on mine.

Went in with no intention on buying anything, staff was super welcoming and friendly. They did not pressured me to buy, but did tell me about the sales going on. Could say no to saving money. Overall super nice people working in that store.
