My experience was fantastic. I worked with Shelby on picking out a charm for my mom and she ended up helping me start a new bracelet for myself! She made the experience for me. She had such great energy and was so fun to work with. I will definitely come back based on my experience with her alone! I was her first credit app so also worked with Julia who was helping her, and just had so much fun with both of them. Both are a great asset to the Pandora family!
