The associate, Heather, was helpful with suggestions and created a wonderful bracelet for me. She left me with ideas to use in the future. The rest of the staff also were very professional.

Associates are knowledgeable and very courteous. They go out of their way to make my shopping experience memorable. I also love all of the selections.

The associate I worked with, Enid V. was very friendly and very helpful. She made my buying experience simple and enjoyable. A fellow associate also helped and even wrapped my gift purchase for me. I was extremely happy with my purchase and service and will definitely shop at this Pandora location in the future.

Shelby was the associate that helped me on both occasions. She was very knowledgeable, understanding, listened well, and provided a great experience. I will absolutely come back to the store again. Her manager Julia did help me as well and was able to take care of in exchange for me.she was great to work with as well.

My second trip (August) to the Geneva store was a very intriguing. I went to see if the still had a last call section, and starting talking to the associate about my new Wildflower Metal Clasp bracelet and casually mentioned the clasp again. She asked to see the bracelet and immediately said that is NOT how the clasp should be asked me to take it off and then further told me that the bracelet was a worn bracelet that should have been damaged out by. That is enough to frustrate anyone but then she told me it was NOT the size I requested to purchase. She advised I have to do the return at the Lynnhaven Mall Pandora because they were a franchise and as we continued to talk and share how I really didn’t feel comfortable as a customer in their store, she looked up my purchase on the computer and found the receipt and offered to do the exchange. This visit again offered more education and learned I should consider a safety chain for my 6 year old chain bracelet, which I have been reluctant to get just because of the look but purchased from this store after the associate took the time to share the benefits to having it.
