The customer service and friendly employees was outstanding.

The sales associate greeted me as soon as I entered the store. She was very courteous and helpful in helping me choose the gifts for my daughters. I did not feel pressured at all!!

Every nice customer service. Changed my mind about the store, I came in not liking the store but left happy. I also came in not wanting to buying anything and perfectly changed my mind.

I was greeted and offered assistance within seconds of entering the store . She was very kind and very helpful . She offered many options that would compliment my purchase and I appreciated the fact that she took the time to do so. She helped me find my right ring size because I had been purchasing rings that were too big !! I appreciated her overall will to help so very much .

I had called the store with a question about a product I had recieved as a gift and Heather was very nice and told me to come in to the store so she could help me out. Once I got to the store Heather and Lily were helping me and were both very helpful. They gave me tips on how to keep my jewelry in top condition and let me know more about the product.

The employees are always extremely helpful. The store is clean, bright, and beautiful. I live 30 minutes away and I don’t mind because I know I’ll be satisfied. Thank you Geneva Pandora
