Diana was so knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect size to my bracelet after I have been wearing the wrong size for years! She was so patient with me as I decided what I wanted to get and helped me with how to set up my bracelet. She was absolutely great!

I haven’t been to pandora in a while because I had a horrible experience before. Today though was an amazing experience, Elaine was very helpful with helping me find the perfect bracelet and charms. On top of that she called a different store for me! I’ll be returning back for her service! :)
