Well for starters I was the first person in the store when it opened. I was warmly greeted and assisted promptly.

The sales associate greeted us as we entered the store. My wife asked about a specific type of jewelry. The sails associate showed us several beads and we found one we liked. She offered to wrap it for us which was very much appreciated.

Staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. As I shopped, I appreciated that the staff allowed my three young daughters to help with wrapping our purchases. They treated my kids with respect, which doesn't always happen. I'll never shop at any other Pandora other than this location!
