The store was empty so I had the assistance and input of 2-3 sales people. They gave me a variety of ideas and choices. It was a very enjoyable experience.

My mother and i had a great experience. The sales associate, Bernadette, went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and made our shopping experience fun. We will definitely be shopping here again soon!

A charm that was given to me as an anniversary gift was damaged. The sales associate and manager replaced it for me with no hassel and went above and beyond to do the best to help me. I felt appreciated and that they cared about my buisness. It prompted me to spend more. It also secured my buisness in the future and recommendations. Wonderful sales personnel at the Geneva store.
