I was high satisfied because the employees were so welcoming to me. They immediately showed that they were intrigued about the piece I needed help with. They did not try to sell the most expensive items, they helped me find what I was really looking for.

The sales girl, Julia, was very helpful and knowledgeable! Very enthusiastic!

Shelby was knowledgeable and did a very nice job of getting us what we needed, up-selling the stacked ring, and showing me the new bracelet that was not being advertised yet!

The sales lady had an answer to all my questions I had...she helped me pick a bracelet out for my 11 year old daughter. She knew exactly what type of bracelet to get my daughter started on and she knew my budget and showed me some charms that were on sale.

I have gone to the Geneva, Illinois location on several occasions, and I have never been disappointed by the service provided. The sales associates are so friendly and amiable! I am always greeted and helped within seconds of walking in, and I have one-on-one service for the entirety of my shopping experience.

We visited to re purchase a ring my daughter received for her sweet sixteen birthday. She is now 17 1/2 and that ring just broke in two. She is superstitious and wanted it replaced before a big competition coming up this weekend. So this is a realatively quick stop in to Pandora. Well Meghan made it not only expeditious but also delightful. I was so happy to learn, there was a survey opportunity.

My husband and I were shppoing for my birthday gifts and Julia was available to assist us. She helped me choose the perfect pieces and styled my bracelet for me. It's absolutely beautiful! Julia is a joy to deal with. I will always ask for Julia when shopping from now on. She is awesome!!!
