I was returning a ring I broke but bought 2 years ago. It was extremely easy to return and I was able to get a different ring in exchange. The employees were extremely kind!!!

All associates were very helpful and knew quite a bit about each piece of jewelry. If the store didn’t have an item in stock they offer to show you another item similar or newer to the the item that was not in stock.

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience becuase the workers there are very nice and know what they are talking about. The expirience was amazing, what I saw online is exactly what is in the store and the jewelry is maintained very well. My last reason why I was satisfied with my expirience is becuase of how smooth everything goes and how the workers can get you what you need and you don’t have a long wait.
