I wanted a specific sale item. They did not have in store. They offered to order it for me. I wanted to use my Pandora card, so they suggested i use my card to purchase a gift card which I used to purchase the item. I never thought of that. Very smart, knowledgeable, and friendly. Really worked with me to get what I wanted.

I go to this pandora store at least once a month and every time I go I’m helped immediately find exactly what I’m looking for they make it quick and easy to shop.

I had an internet exchange and was dreading going for fear that it was going to be a complicated mess. I was so pleasantly surprised at the ease of the exchange, it was fantastic. On top of that the salesperson Shelby was so nice and knowledgeable it was really a pleasure interacting with her. I wish more stores were as nice as Pandora! Keep it up!!!
