The staff was extremely helpful. When dropping off my bracket to get fixed/cleaned they were extremely busy and only had 2 people working. Probably should have had an extra person from 11-2. Great store and I will be returning

I love Pandora Jewelry to start with. The sales clerk was very knowledgable and helpful. She gave me instructions on how to clean the jewelry. She did not pressure me in any way to buy, buy, buy...she let me make that decision on her own.

The staff was friendly the moment we walked in the door. As I looked, they took my bracelet to clean it and it looks like new. She was able to show me current charms as well as last chance charms. I got one of each.
