The associate that I worked with was extremely helpful. She was able to recommend accurate sizing of products and even provided alternate suggestions for products when an item I was looking for was unavailable in the size I was requesting. She was also extremely helpful in thoroughly checking the store for an item she believed she did not have in the store. However, while looking for a comparable item, she found the original item I was looking for and presented it to me with elation upon finding it. This is the third time I was able to interact with the same associate, and I have been thoroughly impressed by her knowledge, willingness to be helpful and the obvious joy and passion she has for this brand.
