The staff members who assisted us during both of our visits were so amazing! They were kind, patient, and extremely helpful. They were just as excited about our purchase as we were. First when my mother in law and I were selecting items for my daughter, then again when I returned with my daughter to exchange and select additional items. My daughter had so much fun and that made me so very happy! I don't remember the name of the woman who helped us the first time but I do remember that Julia was there both times. Both ladies are wonderful!

During my visit to Pandora in Geneva today the staff was very welcoming and put aside what they were working on in order to help me. They were very friendly and understanding. They even let me exchange a bracelet that was a little big a couple of days after their policy states. I am very grateful that they Able to help me and will definitely be coming back!

The sales rep was extremely kind and friendly! Although the sizing wasn’t fully available. I do appreciate the rep who stayed super patient with us being so indecisive!

There was no one else in the store so I had 3 helpful associates giving me attention. There was no high pressure to purchase. There were lots of beautiful items to browse.

Corrie was very pleasant. She had great knowledge about the products the store had in stock. Corrie also did a great job helping figure out what was the best fit and look for me as well as tips to keep my bracelet looking nice.

I was highly satisfied on how easy it was to view all items. I purchased a ring and the associate gave me many knowledge on how to style it with more items.

The store was empty and clean. The attendant was helpful and patient. The only thing is there wasn’t much of a selection available.

I could find everything easily and staff were very helpful. Also staff were very friendly to me and knowledgeable. I liked the cleanliness of the store as well.

It was great service they helped out a lot with my purchases I would definitely come back again
