Love the atmosphere of the two woman who help with my daughters jewelry. Especially how they mixed and match things I wouldn’t think of doing! Big shout out to the ladies at Geneva commence Pandora!

Whenever I come into the store, I am always greeted with welcoming hello and the associate Julia is very knowledgeable of the merchandise.

Julia was AMAZING! It was my first time inside of the store and i was looking for a gift with nothing specific in mind and she helped . i'm planning on returning to the store soon!!!

The sales associate was extremely helpful. Even after having to wait in line quite some time due to the high volume of customers (due to the Black Friday sales event), she was exremely patient and took the time to help me select the pieces I purchased and answered all of the questions I had regarding them.

I walked in the store for a quick birthday gift. Not only was it easy but also affordable. Everyone was very friendly and helped us very quickly.

Our day was absolutely PERFECT, thanks to Julia! My friend and I came to the store with the intention of buying a single charm. Julia noticed our interest and brought us the charm to view up close, ensuring we were happy with it. She proceeded to share with us all the charms for that specific collection and share the hidden details on each charm. Julia then took the time to show us every charm in the store and find what fit our personalities best! We ended up with a pair of matching charms, 2 additional charms, and a new bracelet! Julia made shew we were 100% comfortable with the total purchase price. I was delighted by the amount saved from the current promotion offered, and was even motivated to apply for the Store Card! After the purchase, Julia professionally cleaned and shined our new jewelry to perfection, then gift wrapped every piece exquisitely. My friend and I both went home feeling overjoyed with the experience we shared together and with Julia! When I look at my new bracelet, I smile from the amazing memory I now have, as well as a new found motivation to continue building my charm collection and making more memories!
