The manager was very helpful in exchange a small fitting bracelet and then picking the right size bracelet for my wife.

I came in to purchase a gift for my wife for Valentines Day. The staff was very helpful and helped me pick out a beautiful bracelet. I then looked at a charm to add to the bracelet. My wife loves it!

The sales lady was awesome she knew exactly what I was looking for.For my niece she even wrapped it for me! My other items she gave me many options of rings they had compared to my older one that I have.

Rachel was very Kind and efficient. She was very knowledgable and did not make me feel rushed

Yuri (salesperson) was well experienced and help me with placing my charms and showing me how the best way to take care of my new bracelet and very pleasant & professional!

Racquel was one of the sweetest and most patient sales people I've ever experienced! She did a phenomenal jobs at fulfilling all my requests and was even able to up sell me on an item I did not anticipate buying lol and offered other suggestions. Racquel exhibited true professionalism and poise! When she needed assistance, Julia stepped right in to help and just as pleasant! Both ladies were wonderful to interact with.
