This was my first time in a Pandora store after getting a bracelet and 2 charms for Valentine's Day. I couldn't have asked for a better associate - Diana was great. She took time to ask me how I planned to build my bracelet and inquired about what kinds of things I like. She made great suggestions and though I came in thinking I'd buy 2 charms, I bought 6! Diana made great suggestions about how to balance my dangling charms and I can't wait to buy more.

The sales person was friendly, helpful and knew the merchandise.

Alyssa was very informative and actually was able to turn our visit from a quick gift purchase to a possible purchase of introducing my daughter to a new line of upcoming sea life charms. I’d been asking for years about a smaller bracelet for my daughter and no one was ever able to help me but Alyssa finally fitted my daughter with a bracelet & charm ideas! Thank you very much Alyssa as she opened up the opportunity to finally get my daughter into the world of Pandora jewelry!!!
