From the moment I entered the store, I knew it would be a great experience. The facility is brightly lit up with gorgeous pieces of jewelry. My niece will love her first piece of jewelry

Jojo was very helpful and a delight to talk to. I had purchased a tennis bracelet for my wife that was too small and needed to exchange it for a larger size. Jojo checked and although this store was out, checked other stores to see if they had any. We decided to exchange the bracelet for other merchandise and Jojo happily showed us various pieces and even set some aside as my wife looked around more.

I had place an online order for pickup. But it was cancelled on me - twice! So I headed to the store and explained my situation and explained that I had to be at the airport in 30mins because I was supposed to collect my order and fly out. So the store manager directed me to a sales associate - Ashley - who very quickly gathered all my items and boxed them and I made it to the airport on time. Ashley was super knowledgeable about what pieces were available and where exactly to get them - which is possibly how she gathered everything in no time at all. I super appreciate her speed and accuracy in helping me with this order. This order was also supposed to be for a sister’s graduation so it was especially meaningful that Ashley made it all happen.
