The charm I purchased was a little difficult to engrave but Natea went above and beyond to ensure it was done accurately. She has been consistent with the awesome customer service she provides and is very knowledgeable of the product and how to arrange the charms for the best look.

I was greeted when I walked in the young lady that help was very professional she was answered all my question and put my bracelet together.
