Clasp broke on bracelet. Took back to the store. Did not have a receipt. Offered a $60 replacement for a $100 bracelet that is adorned with over $1000 worth of charms. Ended up paying for a new bracelet. Looking into other bracelets in the near future. Such as James Avery.

Purchased a charm from a different location, returned to that location and was told they were a franchise and that going to a corporate store would be my best option. I brought my charm to the corporate store, and was told "not sure why they told you to bring it here, we can't help". The charm was less than 30 days old, no receipt was requested but checking with a manager was suggested, whom said the same thing. It was a birthday present that I purchased on behalf of my giver and now disappointed at the information I was given to a problem that is still unsolved.

Fue a la tienda y pedí una pulsera en específico y un número pero la chica me daba un número menor y le pedí el número correcto ya que la pulsera es para mi nieta. Al hacer el cambio me dio otra pulsera diferente, ahora tengo que regresar a cambiarla ya que no es lo que yo deseaba. Eso molesta porque no había necesidad de hacer dos viajes. Gracias yo Amo Pandora y siempre compro sus productos tengo varía pulseras y muy Cho’s charms, aretes y anillos y es la primera vez que esto pasa.

I was highly satisfied with my visit to Pandora. Went to buy something for my grand daughter. I remember doing the same like 20 years ago for my daughter but back them I was younger and had a better understanding of the sizes and merchandise was different. Now I needed help to choose a present for a 13 years old. Osiris at deer brooks mall was very helpful, she help me with her suggestions and put together a beautiful braselet for my grand daughter. Thanks Osiris for your patience and a ability, you are a very profesional young lady.

Salesperson was profiling based on the way we were dressed if we could pay for the items we requested and did not treat us with courtesy. We asked for other items and she left them out when we questioned if she had included them she rolled her eyes at us. We did not feel welcomed and like she was giving us the same level of service others were getting around us.

I went to the store to have my bracelet cleaned on my lunch break and was advised it will be ready at 1:00PM. I returned to pick up bracelet after work at 5:30PM after waiting 15 minutes the clerk returned. She told me the end clasp had been damaged during cleaning. One clasp was replaced and the other rigged to closed after noticing it was not closing properly. The experience was horrible to have a clerk tell they broke a clasp and can possibly replace under warranty, depending on when I purchase my bracelet.
