I was sold a charm that was on display without being notified. I understand that when it's the last one, there's no choice, but the customer is given the choice. My charm is very noticeably scratched and will definitely be going in for an exchange.

They didn’t greet me when I walked in and the assistant manager told me somebody else can help me because she was too busy with a tray out

Long wait , not enough personnel To Help customers no register which took long to check out . Sales reps could use training on customer service and acknowledging customers and how to handle them, no smilies didn’t seem friendly.

The sales associate was very rude at the time of visit I was standing waiting to be seen patiently already knowing what I wanted because i browse as i they were with other customer and when they were finish both associate decided to take a customer that had just enter the store as though I was not good enough to be waited on and as I look like oh I'm not here 1 associate whisper to the other about me so I told them I don't think this was okay I left but decided to go back and ask for a manager she took care of me because other then that I would have had to go to another location out the way because of there rudeness and this was a birthday gift

This was my first time shopping at Pandora and the sales associate made my experience shopping at pandora very unpleasant. Talked with an attitude, not very helpful when asked a question. I will shop and recommend Pandora but not to that store. Also, if signing up for club membership the 10% discount should be used in store orders as well not just online. When I asked the associate about it it could have been honored or she could have been helpful to tell me what other options I had but since she had an unpleasant attitude since she started helping us I guess she forgot about showing great customer service.

Sales associate was initially very rude and abrasive in her tone. It’s was as if she had prejudged me prior to my entrance into the store. Initially upon looking at items on the wall she asked well told me in a very condescending way that that was not where the item was located. She was very impatient with my looking at choices to choose from almost as if I was wasting her time, body language speaks volumes. When asked to see an item she literally just took it out and sat it without saying anything. Once she saw I was serious about making a purchase she became a little less ruder and was actually a lot nicer on my way out the door. 😩 I don’t like how customers were allowed to literally walk up beside you to look in the display cases but we had to wait outside due to social distancing. Totally defeated the purpose. I literally had to ask two customers nothing was said by the associates. This was my first experience with Pandora and it was horrible. I don’t foresee myself visiting again well not at this location looks like I will just stick to Tiffany’s. Maybe your employees can learn a few tips from their customer service

Looking at my receipt closer at home and comparing the internet price for the current promotion of the same items, I find I was not given the 50% discount for 3 charms, as the internet automatically gives, rather only 30% discount for the 3 charms. I could have purchased online and received 10% for the bracelet and 50% for the charms.

Waited to be helped but the associate decided to help a gentleman that was there after I arrived at the store. Very unprofessional associate flirting with the gentleman for at least 45 minutes & did not even make a sell however she did give the gentleman her phone number. The associate was dressed like she was going out to a night club, wearing a very low top that belly button showed & make up was over done. Hope to never have to see her at my favorite store that I shop at least twice a month. My jewelry that was put on hold & a ring that was coming in from another store were not found. Associate would not listen to me in order for me to explain of the arrangements that were made previously with the store manager. The next day store manager called me & apologized. Jennifer is great & I hate it when she is not at the store. Jennifer & Lupita are very friendly, professional & helpful. Love to see their smiling faces when I enter their store.
