I have had to purchase earrings for my daughter at least 4 times within the last year since the back falls off. Sales person said they had no screw backs I can purchase.

The associate was rude I asked to look at a charm and she said that one is $90. I said ok I asked to see it or you don’t think I can afford it? Can you take it out? Then she keep telling the other associate ugh I want to leave already. Very unprofessional if it wasn’t because I needed to buy a gift I would of walked out.
