The store was pretty busy but the sales associate was amazing. She took her time with me and was able to identify exactly what I was looking for.

The service representative made sure to acknowledge and assist the customers in order as they came in. The manager at the store with Pleasant. The service representative that assist me was also Pleasant.

the sales girl wasnt helpful or friendly at all, but like always, the store was perfect, and the quality of their merchandise was awsome. I love Pandora products, and i'm definetly going back again.

Sales associates did not talk to us. Like they didn’t want a sale or even cared. They moved very slow. They didn’t talk much to customers but sure had a lot to speak among themselves

The wait time of the line to go inside the store was a bit long I understand the maximum capacity inside the store because of COVID- just wish there was more people helping out so the line could move faster. Also was not offered any recommendations or sales going on just a “hi what are you looking for “ and that’s it

Some of the charms I wanted were sold out. Which was a bummer because I drove over 2 hours to shop in store since those same items were sold out online as well. Only to discover the same problem after I drove. But I still left with a purchase that I like. Hopefully I can get what I was looking for soon.

I went a week prior to the visit and an associate put on my charm for me and within 2 hours of leaving the charm fell off and was lost. I was told that the store couldn't do anything about a $65 charm lost when it was the associate who put it on. Had to go back the nest day and was only given 20% off to purchase ANOTHER charm!!
