I love Pandora!

My wife and I have been to this location 3 times in the last few weeks to purchase my bracelet and charms, a safety chain and two clips. The first associate we delt with was a young woman with glasses and was very sweet and helpful when purchasing my bracelet and first charm. We returned and were helped by Stacey who gave us your pandora booklet. We returned today for my clips and were helped by Ashley. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora Experience because of it’s great customer service. The lady that was attending me was very sweet and kind. I was comfortable asking her questions about what type of ring I should get my mom. Overall the store was very pretty and well organized which made me find what I was looking form much easier.

I was helped by an associate who’s name is Lupita . She was extremely friendly and made my first pandora purchase a breeze. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the customer service provided makes me want to go back every day !

Sales associates were friendly and very knowledgeable of the merchandise. Although, they could improve the vibe by doing kind gestures.
