I could tell from my experience from walking in the store, the Pandora experts were very knowledgeable and processed my return with no issues of a recent Pandora bracelet that I received for my birthday that was too big. They professionally handled in comparison to the other stores that I have been to. I was so pleased with their customer services, I ended up making a purchase that I have been planning to for a while. This location is quite far from me, but I'll be definitely visiting here vs the one closer to my home.
