It was my first time in a Pandora store and making a purchase. The sales associate Claritza L. made my first time experience at Pandora WORTH IT!!! She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I could not make up my mind and she was patient and understanding. If she had been anything less, I probably would not have made the purchase. I REALLY enjoyed the experience because of HER!!! She is a shining and fantastic example of great customer service!! My daughter and niece who were with me even said, "Hey, you made a new friend!" It really was a pleasure shopping there! The store is clean and inviting and I was assisted by such wonderful staff!!!
