Claritza the sales person is the only reason I visit this location She is an asset to Deerbrook pandora and passionate about the selection I’ve passed up on purchases when she is not here she helps place your charms in perfect position

I was highly satisfied because I went to get a ring fixed , and they gave me a exchange for it . The same product .

Ms Joy was AMAZING! Super helpful and knowledgeable on the charms I was looking for. She offered to place my charms on my bracelet for me and cleaned it! And this is up the street from my house!! Yep will be frequenting this Pandora more often.

The sales rep was very welcoming. She knew exactly what we were looking for when we told her. And she made suggestions to which color I should get since I was stuck between choosing. She was over all nice and did a great job.

When I walked they greeted me. They took care all my needs. Very helpful

Bracelet was cleaned really good. Customer service was excellent. Never disappointed when I come to this store. Returned today and service was above and beyond.

The sales personnel, Jennifer, was awesome. She was so patient and friendly that it made shopping fun for me and my friend. We actually bought more than intended, lol, because she was so quick and helpful finding items we liked :-)
