Have never received a friendly staff member at any Pandora store I been too. She was able to help me even tho she didn't had the charm I needed help with. This might be my go to store

In April my birthday Month, when I came to this store for the very first time, since ten I have had nothing but amazing service. Every Associate is always so courteous and friendly. Each charm purchased was a memorable moment and the team at 80366 is AMAZING!!

I found the 2 charms I was looking for the lightning bug and the Harry Potter hat. I also got a ring for my mom. All the items were beautiful and the lighting bug is so cute because it glows in the dark.
