The salesperson Jocelynne was great, she found the charm I was looking for and cleaned my bracelet very well for me after it had oxidized due to storage, now it looks as good as new.

Jocelynne was very helpful when explaining how to clean my charms then she cleaned the entire bracelet for me. She made my visit pleasant.

Pandora is always very clean. The staff is friendly and makes sure that you are able to find the perfect thing. The selection was beautiful and diverse.

I was able to find the merchandise I originally wanted. They were in stocked as well the agents were kind to help. They helped me out throughout the whole process.

I truly enjoy coming into the store, even if it's just to browse or to pickup items for our special occasions. The store is always nice and bright and welcoming, and the associates seem interested and happy to help. It's always a positive experience.
