I went in knowing what I was looking for. But didn't know how to order it. The ladies at the store knew exactly how to help me. They were very knowledgeable & nice. That makes me want to go back again.

I walked in knowing I wanted a birthday gift for a friend. The sales lady was very helpful with helping me achieve my goal in the price range I wanted. She was happy to pull each tray I wanted even though I said no to most of the beads on them (I only bought 3). The ease of this purchase makes it worth it to continue to buy future gifts from your store. Thank you for your great product and thank you for your kindness.

Personnel was very helpful and knowledgeable with the product. She offered many suggestions as to mixing and matching charms and links, and she helped me figure out which one was best for me.

The people at the store you can’t find their knowledge online talking to them getting suggestions knowing what the products are with the new stuff is it you just can’t beat that personal experience

Eva and Balley were very friendly and listened to the issue I had with charms not fitting on a bracelet i owned. They addressed the situation with a new bracelet when the south hills village store offered to do nothing. They were so kind and understanding. I will always visit this store for my pandora 'wants'.
