I came in for a specific bracelet but they are out of the size that I need. The associates helped me and ordered for me. They are really nice and helpful and i love my bracelet

The associates are helpful and nice. I am shopping a ring for my girlfriend but I don’t know her size the associate who helped me was really nice and showed me the size differences and helped me choose.

The service was absolutely astonishing, the worker who helped us today was named Claudia F, beautiful girl and she really helped us buying out the present for my sister which she was extremely patient with us while we communicated amongst ourselves and was very informative on the merchandise. She also helped us for our next purchase next month where she helped measure my mom's ring size and patiently examined and guided us to the perfect size for my moms ring. This associate that you have amongst yourselves is one of the best ones I’ve met at Pandora and I’ve been there quiet often but I’ve never had such a beautiful experience at Pandora other than today because of Claudia, if she happens to read this, thank you.
