I placed an online order for a store pick-up. Jesse the Store Manager contacted me to inquire if I had received my 10% discount, which I had not. He rectified the situation for me.

The associate was very knowledgeable and professional. The selection of products was very large. The store was very clean and products displayed were very well.

Was looking for three specific charms. Salesperson retrieved them immediately. Would have liked a brown leather bracelet but settled for black

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful! We asked they co tact us when the Naples charm comes in, we really want three of them! We live in Maryland, that’s the only reason we won’t be back soon!!!!

Jesse and his staff are wonderful. They listen and go out of their way to help. They even check inventory at other locations if they do not have a particular item or charm. I will make the drive to be a repeat customer!!!
