Nice sales associate and great customer service

I oriiginally bought a charm but realized later that I had purchased the same one last year so i returned this item for a different Marvel charm. The sales associates were very helpful both times.

When I had placed my order it was quick and without hassle. The store employees were friendly and quick. I was in and out in minutes.

The Sales Associates are always nice. They know the merchandise. They will suggest items but are never pushy. I feel like I'm with friends.

The sales lady Elinor was so helpful. She answered all my questions and even showed me other charms. My son was so excited he was buying me my first 5 charms as an early Valentine Day gift.

I walked in the store without knowing what to expect. A friend has recommended Pandora to me so I thought I’d check it out. I was very pleased with the selection, and Ellie stuck with me the entire time to make sure I was buying LH exactly what I wanted. Everyone was so friendly!

Was greeted and helped with when debating on what to get for myself and for someone else! Super friendly workers!

I was help really fast the store was not to busy. We were not push to buy anything and we were not rushed either considering it was a holiday weekend.

I bought an item 2 days ago and until I saw online that they are on sale right now. I went back to ask for a price match. They did without giving me any difficulty and I added 3 more items! I am so happy!
