Sara helped me find the perfect rings for my updated spring look. She asked questions about what I liked and the styles I was most interested in and took the time to let me see how they would look on my hand. I love this store and the wonderful ladies that help make it a wonderful experience. This is my go to Pandora store.

The selection is cute and also high quality compared to other brands. I did purchase from Gnoce because I wanted to experience the service and the selection of products. I would say that Gnoce has a lot of cute and unique charms but when compared the quality, I know that I have to stick with Pandora products because Pandora quality is way better than Gnoce.

Mojdeh M i was so satisfiyde visiting Coquitlam store assistent manager she was very frindly and paitiont helped me to find all the items i was looking and also give me some personal recombination she also redesig my bracelet i defenetly will come back to visit her also highly recommend Coquitlam location to my friends and family:) i have to mention recently had very bad experiences at pandora metro town location and definitely had the amazing and deferent level of customer service experince with her again thank u so much and see u soon!

I went to the store with questions regarding “cleaning” (how, what kind of chemical used, how long is the process, how to book) and Angelina answered the questions completely with a smile. I have a few “retired” charms that have real semi-precious stones and/or pearls, although she was not 100% sure, she went to her store manager instead of randomly giving incorrect information. She also assisted with a couple of Last Chance items and offered suggestions for new charms.
