I have been a customer of pandora for years and I love buying there, I think in relation to the material is very good and always a great way to surprise someone. I think that in relation to family accounts they should have a little more choice, godmother, babysitter, stepmother, just a few. But in general I love shopping and in your stores the staff are always very attentive, and this time I was pleasantly met by Ramona (pandora at dufferin mall) and her colleagues, as Portuguese and good to go to a store in a mostly Portuguese mall and see there people who speak portuguese.

The Assistant Manager Jennifer was really nice. She stayed with me through out the transaction. Offering for suggestion for other items which I may like better.

Nicole served me incredibly well, with attention to the items I wanted and what would work best for me. And a wonderful willingness to reshow me items I originally said I didn't want and changed my mind. Wonderful employee and will definitely come back to her for my Christmas shopping.
