Pandora Jewelry

The sales associate that helped me with my returns and additional purchases was Alexandra Estrella. She was very knowledgeable of products, made some great suggestions and was patient and kind. I was in the store for around 2 hours or so and I had her undivided attention. I am a loyal customer of Pandora and it would be a pleasure to return to the Duffrin store if Alexandra was the associate who would be available to guide me in making my purchases.

The attendant was very friendly, helpful and kind. She spoke with us in our language (Portuguese) which made the experience a lot better. And she also gave tips to take care of our jewelry.

The jewelry of Pandora is so amazing and beautiful! It’s hard to choose! But I’m glad to find super nice clerk in store today. She was so helpful and kind. She made me get the rings with full of happiness<3

This particular store - Dufferin Mall - although a not high end mall is by far the best Pandora I have ever gone to. The staff go to great let's to satisfy and locate merchandise. My experiences, especially with the Sherway location, has been horrid. I have even tweeted and Pandora head office did not care that inwas treated poorly. The staff at Dufferin are exceptional.

Because the sales associates are very helpful and polite , n are very knowledgeable on the products n their services to their customers
