I went into the store not knowing what was ultimately going to happen because I was having issues with my bracelet and getting charmsOff. Jennifer was more than helpful and completely understanding. She helped me be relaxed and understand my options as most of. My charms were retired. Jennifer honestly made my experience smooth, and eventhough I was there for awhile, and there were other customers she always came back to me and was willing to help.

I c and I’m looking to replace a ring that I had lost. The sales associate was very friendly and knew my ring size just by looking at my finger. She noticed that I wore rose gold jewelry and showed me some rings that suited my style.
