Lovely, the sales person, was extremely helpful. To an extent I knew what I wanted but I still had questions & she answered them all perfectly. She didn’t make me feel like I was being annoying. She seemed very happy to work with me, designing my bracelet. She helped me find the right size. She educated me on the different kinds of clips & why they matter & what the point of having clips & a safety chain is.

I was very satisfied with my purchase and visit at Pandora. The worker was very kind and patient. She let me try on many pieces of jewelry and told me a lot of extra information about them. She understood what I was looking for and in the end, I was very satisfied.

There was fast service, and the service was very kind. Also they helped as much as possible to get what I want. I got satisfied with the service.

Mary was really wonderful. I was exchanging a charm I had received as a gift, and it was a little complicated because the charms had been purchased during a promotion. She ended up adjusting the price of the new charm to match the one I exchanged, so I didn't have to pay the difference in price. She was also super efficient. I am super appreciative of her help.
