The sales associate who helped me was very friendly and patient. She knew the products well and was not pushy at all.

Sales staff always friendly and courteous. Easy to shop in the store. Staff is there to lend assistance if you so require.

I work in the mall and have been into the store frequently therefore getting to know the staff. Always very friendly to me. Fast an efficient. I am able to look and see what different items I am interested in easily and they match these up with other items that would work with it.

Vinne is amazing....she is so helpful and extremely knowledgeable about all the pandora jewellery. I have visited this store numerous times because she’s so amazing. I originally went to the promenade location and made two purchases a long time ago and believe both items were used and vinne was kind enough to exchange both the items for me because the promenade location would not! Highly recommend this location!
