The service was great, Vincenza was very helpful and very pleasant when greeting her at the curbside pick up. She was clear when given instructions on the phone. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

The sales associate (Paula) who helped me the first time I visited and the sale Associate (Vini) who helped me with the purchase was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They helped me pick out charms that suited my taste and they knew exactly what I was looking for. I had a great experience at this location and will definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

I haven't been out shopping for almost 1 year due to Covid-19. I really missed being able to see and speak to my friends at Pandora. My shopping experience is always so enjoyable and I can say that I consider Vinnie the Manager as a friend. She is a wonderful person, very professional and really takes the time to ensure you have a great shopping experience and you are happy with your purchases. During my recent visit I felt very safe in the store/mall with the health protocols that are in place. I look forward to my next visit to Pandora.

The associate greeted me at the door in a friendly way and asked what I was going to do. I liked that the store is limiting the no. of people in, they have hand sanitizer and glasses on the counter. My customer experience was excepcional, the associate was very knowledgeable and seemed to care about my questions. I would go back for sure to this store.
