The sales staff are always friendly and courteous. They greet me by name upon entering the store and I also have come to know the staff by first name. All the sales associates are eager to ensure I find what I'm looking for and also to give recommendations on new merchandise

The quality of the merchandise is always excellent. The attention to detail exceeds my expectations. The charms and bracelets are so beautiful it makes choosing items very difficult - wish I could buy them all !

I spoke with Vinnie to place my order, she is very knowledgable. She double checked to see if the items I wanted were there. After complimenting me on my choices she put everything together and gift bagged my purchase. Curbside pickup was a breeze.
